How Activation Worked (the Offer Is Now Closed)
- Step 1 — Open the Airtel Thanks app on your phone. Make sure your app is updated to the latest version.
- Step 2 — Go to the Offers section. Scroll to the AI & Apps category. You should see the Perplexity Pro offer listed.
- Step 3 — Tap 'Claim' or 'Activate'. You will be redirected to the Perplexity website or app.
- Step 4 — Sign up or log in to Perplexity using your mobile number or email. Your Perplexity account will automatically upgrade to Pro status.
- Step 5 — If you do not see the offer in Airtel Thanks, go to perplexity.ai directly and look for the 'Activate with Airtel' option at the bottom of the pricing page. Enter your Airtel mobile number and verify with OTP.
- Note — While it was open, the offer applied to all Airtel prepaid and postpaid plans and required no premium recharge. That enrollment window has since closed.
